The ISO6125R-33 is a single channel insulated DC-DC converter, suitable as a power supply for 3300 V IGBT drivers. The ISO5125I complements Power Integrations’ 1SP0630 and 1SP0635 Digital SCALE-2 high-voltage IGBT drivers.
