– The AOZ1390DI-02 ideal diode switch is intended for applications that require reverse current protection and “Power ORing” supply configuration. The input operating voltage range is between 3.3V and 23 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 30V Absolute Maximum. The AOZ1390DI provides under-voltage lockout, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection. The FLTB pin flags thermal shutdown, short circuit protection and overvoltage faults.
