– AOZ5166QI is a 60A high power DrMOS module in QFN6x6 package for server and telecom application. It uses PWM and SMOB inputs for accurate control of the power MOSFETs switching activities. It is compatible with 5V logic and supports Tri-State PWM. The Low-Side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode to provide asynchronous operation and improve light-load performance. A thermal warning output is available for over-temperature condition.
