– The AOZ1334DI-02 is a single channel load switch with very low on-resistance in a small package. It contains an n-channel MOSFET for up to 5.5V input voltage operation and 10A current channel with 5V bias supply. The AOZ1334DI-02 is available in a 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-8L package with bottom thermal pad and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature range.
