– The AOZ1324DI-01 is an over-voltage protection switch with True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) in 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package for applications sinking current from USB Type-C port. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 22V and 28V absolute maximum rating at VIN and VOUT. Typical on resistance is 32mΩ and capable for peak current up to 15A. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. AOZ1324DI-01 have auto restart recovery when fault is detected.
