– The AOZ13929DI-01 is an over-voltage protection switch with Ideal Diode True Reverse Current Blocking (IDTRCB) in 3.2 mm x 5.5 mm DFN-17L package for applications sinking current from USB Type-C port. A TVS protection diode is integrated into the package for low input capacitance application. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 23V with 28V absolute maximum rating at VIN and VOUT. Typical on resistance is 13.5mΩ and capable for DC current up to 10A. Active SOA management during the startup to protect the system from fault situations. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. AOZ13929DI-01 have auto restart recovery when fault is detected.
